COME AS YOU ARE

Curiosity welcome.
Questions encouraged.

There is no script for a personal experience. There is, however, space to feel comfortable, ask questions and be yourself.

01

A warm welcome

You do not need to know the right words, bring a particular belief or have attended before. Settle in and take the experience at your own pace.

02

An honest approach

Mediumship is offered for spiritual reflection and entertainment. Particular messages or contact cannot be promised, and it does not replace professional advice.

03

Room for humanity

There can be laughter, emotion and moments of reflection. You are always welcome to say if you feel uncomfortable or need a pause.

A LITTLE REASSURANCE

Your questions,

Do I need to have a particular belief?

No. You are welcome whether you are familiar with mediumship, curious or sceptical. An open and respectful atmosphere matters more than having a particular belief.

Will everyone receive a message at a demonstration?

No. Individual messages, contact with a specific loved one and personal readings cannot be guaranteed. A demonstration is a shared audience experience.

How should I prepare for an online reading?

Choose a quiet, comfortable space with a reliable internet connection. Follow the joining instructions in your booking confirmation, and allow a few minutes to settle in beforehand.

Should I bring a photograph?

For the Christmas Spectacular, you are welcome to bring a photo of a loved one, including a beloved pet. It is entirely optional, and bringing one does not guarantee a communication.

How do bookings and confirmations work?

Use the booking button beside your chosen service. OnceHub manages the booking process and notifications. Your booking should only be treated as confirmed once Jaxon or his team has confirmed the arrangements.

What is the cancellation policy?

Service bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Please contact us about later changes. Event tickets are subject to the terms displayed by TicketSource or the venue when you purchase.

Can I ask about accessibility or attending alone?

Absolutely. You are welcome to attend on your own. Contact us before booking about access requirements so that we can check arrangements with the venue.

Are food and drinks included in the Christmas ticket?

No. The café and bar will be open throughout, with light food and drinks available to purchase separately. Alcohol is for those aged 18 or over, subject to the venue’s licensing and age checks.

Are wedding ceremonies legally binding?

Please discuss the legal registration arrangements separately before booking. A celebrant ceremony and the legal registration of a marriage may require different arrangements.

When will the 2027 tour dates be announced?

The dates are being kept a secret for now, with some very exciting venues across the UK to be revealed. Join the newsletter to be among the first to hear.
